I bought this to give to my sister for birthday. She asked me to put it on for her straight away (basically as soon as she had unwrapped it) and told me it was the perfect present. She absolutely loved it! Beautiful piece.

After paying for this product, and followed the care instructions the strong broke off after slightly pulling it to tighten it around my wrist. I thought the strap would be much thicker and durable. I am extremely disappointed as I waited for a long time for this to be delivered. I believe a replacement one should be sent

We also did not receive an email from you requesting a replacement, which we are happy to send you. Regarding fulfilment time, we can only control our side and not the one of Australia Post. From our records your order with personalisation request came in on Friday morning and got dispatched straight after the weekend.
